What will change from my Hynt experience?
A lot of the things you know and love about Hynt will continue in I Bawb/All In alongside a range of new tools and improvements. For example, online listings will continue, but with less manual input than Hynt. You’ll be able to update event listings, manage venue information on your location profile, and check memberships on I Bawb/All In.
There are a range of new features, including ticketing integrations for Spektrix, Tessitura, and Action Links, clear guidance through Accessibility Standards, and a simpler more consistent booking process where access requirements are shared once and recognised across participating venues. You will no longer need to log into the Card Portal and Hynt website, but through I Bawb/All In instead.
There will also be more opportunities for audience development when we expand to other types of organisations and sectors beyond theatres and arts centres.
How will things change for Hynt cardholders?
Hynt cardholders will become I Bawb/All In members. Members will benefit from a single, multilingual digital portal, including Welsh and BSL. Access requirements can be shared once and recognised across venues in Wales and England (with expansion to the rest of the UK and Ireland in 2027.) The experience will be more joined-up, recognisable and user-friendly wherever people engage with arts and culture.
We also have plans to expand into a wider range of cultural venues, offering more opportunities for members to discover new experiences.
Sharing access requirements in advance with venues will help create a smoother booking process and visitor experience.
With more detailed information available on locations and events, existing Hynt card holders will be better able to plan their visits.
We’re making the most of technical advancements since Hynt launched in 2015 and are progressing to a digital-first approach with I Bawb/All In. We understand that some people prefer a physical card and we’ll keep members updated about future arrangements for cards.
How will payment change going forward?
Subscribers will still be invoiced once a year. You have the option to pay through an invoice or make a direct payment through the I Bawb/All In platform by card. Your current payment year will still be June to June. The new pricing will take effect immediately. Current Hynt subscribers will be moving across as an All In Plus subscriber.
How do I move my organisation over to I Bawb/All In?
Moving to I Bawb/All In is straight forward. First, subscribe through the I Bawb/All In website. You will be guided through the steps needed to set up your organisation and add your information.
What happens if my organisation doesn’t move over?
We encourage all Hynt subscribers to move to I Bawb/All In, and Megan and Mari on the Hynt team will support you throughout this process. If your organisation does not move over, your access to Hynt will end when the Hynt platform closes in early 2027.
Your organisation will not appear on the I Bawb/All In website, disabled people will not be able to find your organisation on the new platform, and your events won’t be included in the online listings. You will also lose access to the Hynt Card Portal and the access support team.
When will Hynt Card Holders become I Bawb/All In Members?
Hynt card holders will be contacted on or around the 26th October 2026, with the I Bawb/All In platform open to Hynt card holders to join and become I Bawb/All In members from 23rd November 2026.
We will provide you with template marketing materials and copy to support your communications.
We understand that not all Hynt card holders will move to I Bawb/All In immediately, so a transition period will be in place to support a smooth changeover.
Can my organisation still use Hynt after we’ve moved?
For now. There is a temporary transition period during which organisations can continue using Hynt while setting up and using I Bawb/All In. We encourage you to move across after 20th October so everything is in place before members move over at the end of November.
During the transition period, you may choose to keep both platforms active to support a smoother process. However, Hynt will no longer receive ongoing updates and will close when the transition period ends.
Can Hynt card holders still use Hynt after we’ve moved?
Yes. Existing Hynt card holders can continue using Hynt during the transition period.
From the end of November 2026, new Hynt applications will no longer be accepted and new disabled visitors should be directed to I Bawb/All In.
We encourage all organisations to use our marketing toolkit (coming soon) to help Hynt cardholders move across as I Bawb/All In members.
A transition period will be in place to support existing Hynt cardholders before Hynt closes.
When will the Hynt platform close?
Hynt will close in 2027 following the transition period. We’ll confirm the exact closure date with organisations as soon as it is finalised, giving plenty of notice in advance.
